@TripleKanwar Curd rice and rasam rice taste best when the rice is mashed with the hands. There's nothing disgusting about using your hands to cook provided you wash your hands first. What's wrong with his accent?

I really like the fact that you use your hands to cook without fear. That way one can enjoy the cooking experience. Adding masalas and salt with hands, and mixing rice with hands etc make your videos so much better than others'
