I've seen a lot of great singers perform live, and Sam was probably one of the best. I saw her at the old Town and Country Club in Kentish Town - great venue, great crowd, and a stunning display by Sam!

@scottwin7 No, he's not talking about AIDS, until his later songs. He didn't contract the disease until the early to mid 80's, so any songs written before that would have been talking about other things. Of course, some of his later stuff was very much to do with his condition.
