About Pole Dancing For Fitness & Fun

I am a self a taught pole dancer using youtube as my teacher since August 2008. Some of my favorite pole dancers are Felix, Jenyne Butterfly, Pantera, StudioVeena, alenadowns, REDKE71, RhiannanNichole, leighannorsi and many, many more.

Pole dancing is an intense cardio and muscle building workout! It is a fun and sexy way to get in shape. It is very rewarding when you properly execute a new trick (even if you fell 20 times before you got it). Youtube is a great place to find the support of other girls (and some guys) with the same passion. There is a network of pole dance fanatics who encourage each other in our art. Some people have a negative view of pole dancing, but it is quickly becoming more socially acceptable.
