I'm venezuelan and I'm so proud that Cesar was so worthy for the twins. I didn't know he's one of the 50's greatest player of twins.My father was a Tovar's fan. He came to play to venezuelan winter league every year and was loved for all. He was an incredible versatile player and better person.
