We're having a mild sort of a summer with predictions that it will be a short one. Well I guess that means fewer hot days,which suits me as I don't like the heat,I like the warmth,and there's a difference..

Hiya Bernie,well I was tweeked, and have to go back for some more.The things we do to our bodies.
It appears that I'm having muscle spasms amd that causes the nerve endings to cry out in pain.Which is closely followed by me crying out in pain.
I'm unfit and under weight,I've never had a problem keeping the weight off me,I'm not too keen on eating.
So I'm still the same weight as I've always been. app 49kls. I still get a lot of my clothes at the kids department. I've always said you are what you eat., and seeing I don't eat much,there's not a lot of me.
But Zumba looks like fun,I should give it a try,I've not really danced much since Disco,but that's gone now.
