This looks really good. I'm going to try it out. Usually I just take heavy cream and boil it down in a saucepan until it thickens, then add the cheese, which turns out fine but is probably not as interesting and or as flavorful as this recipe looks to be.

A tiny bit of useless trivia: The little gothic revival house that served as Martin Maher's quarters in the movie is still standing and was in fact the same house where Mary and Marty Maher actually lived. The second gothic house, seen in the background, was torn down long ago. Unfortunately.
