Hello, great lessons. I have been playing and doing exercises for about 5 years and have yet to achieve any speed or technique. I believe that I have developed tension or just in the bad habit of pressing to hard. What advise do you have on proper technique, and speed development?

@jskeen23 I like Bill he is the best commentator and I like his stories. I usually agree with his analysis, more so than the other commentators.
