I can't do pullups! OH YES YOU CAN!
52 lbs and 13 months ago, I was only able to do one pullup in the Fit Test. Now, I can do about 90 in a 60 minute workout (not all at once).

Thanks alot for the tips. I just ordered the program and was wondering how I was going to work my way up to doing pull-ups. I can do zero at this point.
