The SILVERBACK of the WEIGHT RACK!!!
I am currently (2008) ranked 16th in the World by the IPF (International Powerlifting Federation) with a Bench Press of 523 lbs (237.5 kilos) in the 220 lb class!
In 2007 I was ranked 22nd in the World by the IPF with a Bench Press of 512 lbs (232.5 kilos)!
As a member of TEAM USA, I competed and won a GOLD MEDAL at IPF/NAPF North American Regional Bench Press Championship in Aruba. During the competition I set two NAPF (North American Powerlifting Federation) Bench Press records, the first was with my opener of 424 and the second was on my second lift of 512 lbs in 2007.
In 2008 I was once again on Team USA and won a Silver Medal with a Bench Press of 523 lbs in the 220 lb class at the IPF/NAPF
North American & Pan American Bench Press Championships in Costa Rica.
