Yes, it was mentioned the angle of the light, the sunlight/shadow and the amount of water, the obvious conclusion is that the amount of water, sunlight and shadow are only right to produce this effect during those two weeks.

About bellestarr71's channel
They shouldnt be allowed to muster with helicopter, should have to build proper, decent yards and be certified as ethical horse handlers. Also it should be illegal to muster young foals. That video is horrible.
