Hi I'm Becki or Bekz :)

I currently work as a singer in my hometown, doing cabaret solo and with a couple of friends for special occasions.

A Touch of Class is a 60's to modern day show with and ABBA tribute thrown in. I have been doing that show for 3 years now since I was 18.

This year I am starting a new duo with my brothers girlfriend and my co-worker who I work with on the weekends. We both pretend to sell houses hehe!

We have yet to find a name for our new venture and are still working on the song lists we will be doing, but this will be a much more modern show and more energetic than the Touch of Class show.

I come from a very musical family.
My Dad, Stu Montana has sang for about 40 years, he used to be in a group called the Montana Brothers with my uncle but when I was 2 he died. My Dad continued to play and sing in memory of my uncle. He was a fantastic guitarist and I hope I can some day be like he was :)

My brother sings and runs many talent competitions over the East Coast of England.

When ever any of us works a gig... the rest of the family and many of our friends follow us about and join in... nearly every night we work turns into a variety evening, always lots of fun.

I started playing the guitar from about 3 years old but as I grew older I lost interest and wanted to hang out with mates after shcool rather than playing.

After a 8 year break I find myself picking up that same guitar again and trying to get back to where I left off... now as a singer to acompany the guitar.

I still struggle at the moment to play and sing some songs together... I get easily confused haha! But with practice I'm sure it will come back to me.

So I have a few films up now... I think I can see improvements on teh tiem scale from when I've posted them, which was the aim.

Unfortunatly I think I have to give my fingertips on my left hand a rest as I managed to burn them on the stove and they are a bit sore... heheh!

Should be back to recording soon tho :)
