Denominationalism:
any beliefs that are divisive to Christianity by ascribing undue value to a particular interpretation of the Bible;
any beliefs that teach anything contrary to the Bible;
any beliefs that exalt the teachings of an elite group of humans to being equal to or better than the teachings of God himself;
any beliefs that ascribe too much authority to any elite or exclusive group of humans;
any thinking that divides portions of the Bible or portions of Christianity from the whole.
Anti-denominationalism: not against denominations but against denominationalism (see definition of denominationalism). To be anti-denominationalist is to be anti-elitist.

On the other hand, I will not be an elitists because I recognize God as the authority of many people including people from certain denominations. Thus I listen to people such as David Wilkerson, Paul Washer, Mark Kielar and others from a variety of denominations as long as they preach Jesus and not denominational dogma.

21 For you have been called for this purpose, since Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example for you to follow in His steps, 22 WHO COMMITTED NO SIN, NOR WAS ANY DECEIT FOUND IN HIS MOUTH; 23 and while being reviled, He did not revile in return; while suffering, He uttered no threats, but kept entrusting Himself to Him who judges righteously; 24 and He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed. 25 For you were continually straying like sheep, but now you have returned to the Shepherd and Guardian of your souls. 1 Peter 2:21-25
