What are you thinking about while you were walking.? what were you scared about, having another panic attack? Along with being scared o you feel depressed when your outside? Do you fell like your gonna jump out of your shin? wow, i know i do..... lol..i can tell your in the UK with all the small cars i saw in your video. here in the US you see alot of SUV's and larger cars. But, yrah i feel bad watching you go threw this because i know exactly how you feel. It's much worse then what people think. Ask your doctor, I think XANAX does help if it's taken mabe with another drug. such as prozac, zoloft. effexor etc": but the xanax will help you calm down before you go out.

i adore this video! if it wasnt for the cute lil voice i would almost believe this was a copy of what i do myself all the time! ipod in, check. singing out loud as if i am the only walking being, check. going from walking to running to make my anxiety seem a lil easier, check. i love this!!!!!!! this is the first time i have ever looked up agoraphobia on youtube, never dawned on me really! do u have a skype? would love to chat to someone with this. :)

jus welcome the sensation and tell it to come along with u and that u r alrite wid it. take it to malls ..take it out on highways ..ur work place.. talk to it. make it comfortable inside u.. since u r already half way through by accepting it.. now jus welcome it.. and with time ull see it will vanish completely cuz it will lose its thrust.
