Thanks for the plain-talking, Judy! You make it crystal clear. Seems to me that we've been giving fossil fuels "feed-in tariffs" for about a century at taxpayer & ratepayer expense. Let's put some mechanisms in place to do a GOOD subsidy for a change! Let's do feed-in tariffs all over Americ...
