Lots of people are unhappy with their present weight. but most aren't sure how to change it and many would be better off staying where they are. No magical diet or pill will make you look like someone else. It is all up to you... You need to make that decision and realize that a changes need to me made. Your body needs a certain amount of calories to keep itself going, and if you eat more than that amount, you will gain weight. If you consume fewer calories than you expend, you will lose weight.
You have to exercise in addition to eating less, so that your body knows that you are still doing just fine and is forced to maintain your lean body mass and live off your fat. If you eat fewer calories than your body needs, but don't go under your requirements by much, and exercise enough that your body keeps going and burns even more fat to do so, you will lose weight. That's how it works. Now you just have to learn how to eat less and exercise and you will lose yourself some weight. You also need to learn how to keep it off.

When choosing a weight loss plan, looking for:

* Nutrition
* A Support Network
* Supplements
* A Program that Promotes Exercise
* No medications or pills

Look for something you can stay on for the rest of your life, A weight loss program that doesn't deny you food, A weight loss program so you won't be hungry, and a weight loss program to be successful.
