Excuse me but Indian hair is always shiny long and healthy. You do not know the half of what black people hair has to go through to get shiny long strong hair. In other words, you could wash your hair with dish soap and condition with anything and your hair will still be shiny and soft.

ms africanindian, normal hair loss is about 100 strands per day. we shed hair every day. I agree, i dont like when hair comes out , so i comb it outside, i hate hair in my house on the surfaces. I take care of my long thick hair like no one's bus too.
