I've only done business on Amazon once for a European SNES game, which took about two weeks for my item to arrive, so I couldn't really say. If I had to guess though, I'd say they're about the same or eBay is slightly faster (it depends on sellers and location really).

I've ordered plenty of items from eBay. They're usually very fast as far as delivery (less than a week) if you have it shipped with EMS. It could be 1 to 4 weeks with airmail shipping...it varies greatly from seller to seller. I've gotten stuff in 2 days before. If you order something on a monday with EMS, I usually get it by Thursday or Friday (if not, sooner). The best thing to do is to check each seller's policy regarding payment and shipping.
