I think this is for ppl w a big sloppy booty. I don't want to loose my booty or the jiggle I found that squat, dead leg lifts, reverse lunges and hip presses work really well and I did that exercise for ur butt from the inshape4u I just take a brake for a week or 2 to keep my jiggle lol

How can you tell if an old bamboo fishing pole is worth anything my mother has one that was her dads she was thinking of selling it but I don't want her to especially if she doesn't know its worth is there any way to really tell?
