We are Phil Woods and Steve Smith, comedy writers from the north-west of England. This channel shows a small part of our work in language-based observational comedy, in line with our first book on the funny things we all say without realising.
We have found that our writing on what life would be like if everyday phrases and sayings were taken literally is helping people with autism and particularly Asperger's Syndrome. We also like to laugh at the annoying things we hear in life, and to advise on how to be more creative (and funny) in the use of language.
