Mugen Rev limiter 7k rpm in neutral moving backwards. Different from the limiter at 5500rpm or 8300rpm.

i must say, tho whole molding set up, fogs and exhaust tips/molding area.....F%#$ing gross and clearly cheaply design. honda could have done better for this car, as well as the pricing. kinda reminds me of the 8th gen civic designs and "their" flaws. (ie. the 4 door mugen si)
