well, if you go to a sprint service center they wil ltell you it is a SOFTWARE GLITCH and replace it for you. IT'S NOT THE BATTERY! I had the same problem and YES IT'S ANNOYING so I took it in and they gave me another one.

this is exactly what I've been trying to find for years, not the same, but comes close. it was either z-100 or wplj in NYC played this exact same thing, but the guy wanted an orange soda pop. I wish I could find the original version which included a "clown", maybe it was a jack in the box thingy.
