I initiate actions to get things done, I fill thoughts with ideas and accomplishments for relationships and influence over people. I end up in leadership position because of my ability to wield power over people and being excellently competent. I am productive and creative and not afraid to develop new ideas and try them out. I have been found to have specific views on things like time, money, social status, and work. I firmly believe that one's status or progress in life should be defined in terms of who one is, that is, by the virtue of one's friend or family, and by what one can do, like his personal abilities and accomplishments. Friendship and connections with other people are important, in order to make them compadre to improve status and fellowship. I look upon other people as resources for the attainment of business goals, such as resources of information, capital or goodwill to promote peer group and relationship. As achievement-oriented individuals, I set high standard of excellence in whatever I do. Thus, I always end up of doing more that what is expected. Being task-oriented, I seldom side-tracked or distracted by daydreaming while attending to something important. I persist. In the face of difficulties, troubles, or failures, I do not give up and get discouraged. I try other ways and means t tackle the job, learn from my mistakes, and I do best to accomplish what has to be done.
