Nice choice for a 50's cover. Great vocals and superb music. Just goes to prove Misfits don't need Danzig who's off on his metal trip.

Funny thing about SST bands is that they all didn't sound like Black Flag. ST was always sort of a cross between BF and DK. ST always reminded me of a lighter, poppier version of Black Flag crossed with Dead Kennedys.
Then again, this music is lost on the modern generation.

Thomas Newman is an amazing composer. His works elicit melancholy somber emotions but as humans we all feel them from time to time. Thomas Newman has a way of divining the human spirit.

Only in London would a band not unlike The Residents get appreciation. Here in Daytona Beach, they'd get booed off the stage if they even sold any tickets.
Don't get me wrong, I love The Residents but most of the world are interested in Motley Crue cover bands.

Hey, give the kid a break. I saw Black Flag in 1984 in Hallandale Florida when I was 13yo. Saw Minutemen in Miami the same year. Granted, real SST punks don't wear leather, badges, stickers or typical street punk regalia but if this kid is digging Black Flag, let him do it. He's going to grow up...

WTF? Someone thinks this band is racist? They're all gay for Christ's sake. Most shoegazer bands were openly gay. It's more than OBVIOUS, this form of music is descendant from THE SMITHS. Do some research before spewing unfounded comments.

To me, Misfits were about combining 50's rock with horror genre. Danzig went all lame heavy metal. This version of the Misfits rocks. No boring guitar solos, no pimple faced living in your parent's basement heavy metal. This is real punk rock.
