180 hooks real kids up with real jobs. For a shot at a real future. Heres how it works. We partner with employers in Bucks County, Pa. who are willing to take on a 180 participant. Someone who may have lacked direction in the past but is now ready to work. We match each participant with the employer and the opportunity that best fits their interests (on-the-job training, an internship, even a full-time position) so they can get the skills they need to start a career path.
