@R3dTigerM40A3 Get in a one-arm pushup position, with your plant hand on a bathroom scale. That number is (roughly) the equivalent of what you're benching (with one hand). (Take off 10# or so 'cause the arm weight doesn't move all the way up with you.)

@austinvancil1 No, a bench works the TRIceps, the pectorals, and probably lats+delts to stabilize the weight. The closer the grip, the more the triceps; the further apart, the more the pecs get worked.

Before launch, take a pair of vise-grip pliers and bend the trailing edge of the fins the same way (L or R). This will impart a spin and stabilize the projectile in flight, much the same way that rifling stabilizes the flight of a bullet.
