I'm Kaylyn, an 18 year old full-time college freshman studying Psychology at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky.
I'm not your typical 18 year old girl. I am definitely a nerd - you'll hardly ever find me without a book in my hands and I'm always teaching myself completly random things. I'm a major tomboy with a guy's sense of humor to go along with it but I am extremely, extremely introverted and quiet and don't trust people very easily. I love taking pictures (award winning student/amateur photographer) and video and writing websites and computer arts. Sometimes I manage to write.
I love animals, volunteering, and special needs kids. I've been riding my whole life and I've trained a guide dog. Over the past four years, I've completed about two-hundred service hours - most of which were with special needs kids. I fully intend to make my career involve both horses and special needs kids. Hippotherapy, here I come.
And, somehow, I'll manage to find time to ride among all of it.
