    @Cesc4Legend - work bi's and forearms then a couple days later work either back and forearms or tri's and forearms, learn from my experience wrist curls are just for warm up, get them pumped up full of blood then do farmers walks heavy as you can go 100 pound dumbells, watch tv to take your mind...
