I am a freelance writer, journalist and producer based in Asheville, North Carolina. In 2004 I earned an Emmy nomination for my work producing and hosting a PBS show called Dropframe. I also hosted, wrote and produced the show Quantum Factor. I am often featured on a BBC Morning news program offering analysis and commentary on US political and social issues. Wales is my mother land and I speak fluent Welsh. My greatest accomplishment in life is my marriage of 15 years!
