I first saw this episode when I was about 7 or so. I don't know what it was about it, but I never forgot it (it might have been the ghastly punchline at the end). When the dvds came out and I watched the series again, it was truly a blast from the past. Thanks for the memories, guys.

Does anyone besides me realize that BTAS has been airing somewhere, almost without inturruption, for almost twenty years? It keeps hopping around to different channels, but if you look for it, there it is! How many other modern cartoon series can make that claim?

@ihatecolereynolds Actually, you have it backwards. "Merry Go Round Broke Down" is the theme for Looney Tunes and you can look at "Daffy Duck and Egghead" to get the lyrics. "Merrily We Roll Along", which is this tune, is the theme for Merry Melodies and I don't know if it has lyrics or not.

The crows aren't that racist. True the lead singer is white (Cliff Edwards), but the others were voiced by a black vocal roup that was active at the time (their name escapes me at the moment). They were guest stars. A contemporary audience probably would have recognized them.

I don't care what anyone says, I like the prequels. The acting isn't great, I'll admit, but the story is awesome. I'm looking forward to seeing Episode One in 3D next year.

This is a great movie, one of my favorites in fact, but the ending is horrible and that's a shame because it ruins what is otherwise one of the best and creepiest horror films of the last decade. @ThatGothicChick Agreed! Not only that, I would argue that this is one of the greatest climaxes in cinema history! The Princess and the Frog was a fantastic start, but Disney still has a long way to go if they want to even come close to recapturing their former glory.

@TheSalvador853 Because Funimation hasn't dubbed the next season yet. I have no doubt that they want to, but you have to understand they do a TON of different shows, so they have to find the time to do One Piece. We just need to be patient. I wish they would dub some more of the One Piece movies...

@uknownada Yes, it is a great dub. However, the 4Kids version is worth checking out too. It's so deliciously cheesy and chock full of WTF that it's always good for a laugh.

I've always thought it was interesting that quite a few comedians have a bit of music in them. Jack Black has a band, Jeff Foxworthy did that lame music album, George Carlin did that Wonderful WINO bit and Craig Ferguson wrote his own theme song. Has anyone else noticed this?
