You sent me a personal message but since you only allow contacts to respond, here's the answer in regards to the P.M.: Re: how do you..._I use a video converting software called "Any Video Converter"(which is free), and I get the video from tornado disks I own, like the TVC series, and convert it from NTSC format to either .avi(which is the one I use more frequently) or .wmv, and then I upload. Very simple.
