A pretty cool trick I found while playing GTA4 which turns many (if not all) parked cars on a street to the car you're driving.

You just need to find a car and drive to the specified location. You may need to drive away and come back a couple of times but the result is pretty cool - I managed to get 13 Infernus cars lining the side of the street. See video for more info.
