Easy and Delicious Curry Dish. Beef Curry cooked with tomatoes. For one pound of beef use two pounds of tomatoes, one onion, one green chilli and the spices shown. Put everything in the pressure cooker, let it cook for 30 minutes till all the water from tomatoes and meat is cooked. After that add one and a half cup of water cook with pressure and let after pressure builds let it cook for another 30 minutes.
Takes long to cook but you will enjoy it. (less info)
