Knew this song would be number one when i bought it. Also bought the album as well "The Original Soundtrack" Still have both. Reminds me of my last few months at school and the reality of losing friends that i had known for those last five years. Dont make em like this anymore.

I was a Bowie fan at the time of the emergence of Roxy Music. They must have impressed him as they supported him on his Ziggy Stardust tour. Also collaborated with Brian Eno on his albums Low, Heroes & Lodger.

Lucky enough to have this on vinyl & mp3. Another fantastic gem from the sixties.

What Class Musicians Bowie had in the early days. Ronson, Woodmansey, Bolder, Garson, Visconti (Who played bass On This ). Listen to those songs numerous times picking out each musican separately & appreciate class that is sadly lacking today.

Got This song on a compilation album. Remember it from the sixties and could not remember who by. Another fab song with great musicians including great brass & string section. Much better than today,s crap. No the wonder todays music sales are so poor.

When i was at school, most of us were Bowie fans but some were fans of yours. Later got to know that you & Bowie were great pals & shared the same record producer. "Tony Visconti" .Your music has carried on through me to my daughter & grand daughter who is only 3. she loves this. Your music still...
