About this user

Formerly associated with the LA County Museum of Art, I have long been intrigued by the creative process in Art. Not an artist but an objective scientist, I try to offer constructive criticism and encouragement when I think it might help in exchange for learning what makes them "tick". Born Icelandic, I was schooled in the Sagas by my grandmother, which imbued in me a love of Heroic stories and art. Disney Classics and especially Peter Pan(forget it, guys, Tink is Mine)intrigue me both for the story as well as the incredible artwork. Video as an artform is new to me, but already I have found artistry and artists of the highest degree. While I don't have the talent to produce videos myself, I will give very objective comments in the hope they may be of some contribution to your efforts. If you object, I will respect your privacy and you may call me names; however, since I spent many years in the world's oilfields, I think the only one left is "Dog Breath:" Now there's a creative challenge. . I love to see young Artists find their talent and enjoy their work tremendously. Be sure to challenge me, for however unlikely, I might just be less right than usual.
