The problem with church buildings is that they made Christianity into a business conning people out of their money with the tithe commandment to pay for their building. But tithing has been annulled (Hebrews 7). Another chapter 7 in the NT is against a building for a church (Acts 7:48-50). Another problem is you don't hear much about sin. Oh, it's easy to be pro-life and be against abortion, but what about fornication? What about adultery? What about lying? What about getting drunk? Sin in the NT is in Matthew 15:19 and Romans 1:29-32 and 1 Cor. 6:9,10 and Galatians 5:19-21 and Revelation 21:8, but the watered-down gospel church building preaching wants to tickle your ears so that they can get your money so you don't hear much about those Scriptures. Real Christians have to be preach the wrath of God and repentance from sins so that people don't have spiritual death where they will burn forever. May God bless you. Amen.

I totally agree with you. I believe it's a human life and I believe that it is worth protecting. I think that the distinction between before and after birth is completely arbitrary. I'm right there with you. I just don't think that telling people they support killing babies is particularly useful because it's going to turn people off. If I start a discussion with somebody who supports abortion by saying "You are for killing babies," they're going to tune me out and ignore what I say because I've put them on the defensive. That's why this debate is so heated: people are just shouting at each other
I think both sides value human life and both sides value women's rights they just have different ideas about when a human life begins. Pro-choicers don't believe in putting babies in dumpsters and pro-lifers don't believe in dictating a woman's medical decisions. We have to talk about the real issue: when does human life begin?
