About this user
Our Paso Fino farm has been in business since 1977. It started after the first ride on a wonderful Paso Fino mare and the next ride on an older Paso Fino mare. The two mares were so outstanding. For the first time I wanted two of the same breed after many years of loving whatever breed I owned.
It seemed the first Pasos I purchased were for my children, but they had to be the close relatives of those two exceptional mares. The two mares have been maintained by close line breeding for years. It was a few years later that circumstances allowed me to own one of the most beautiful stallions I had ever seen. His name was Coral LaCE. He was a Performance Grand National of the Paso Fino breed and he had just accomplished his # 1 Top Ten Sire Title . This was the highest title a stallion at the time could claim.
In 1999, it was my honor to accept Coral's Hall of Fame title. Coral LaCE has passed, but he continues to live on through his offspring around the farm. The offspring have been successfully blended with the blood lines of the original mares.
It has been my goal to preserve this type of Paso Fino. One that loves the trails and can cover them effortlessly while maintaining great carriage and style. And most importantly, a horse that takes care of its rider.
In 2008, I was inducted into the Hall of Fame for breeding and promotion of the Paso Fino horse. I consider this to be a great honor and am very grateful.
