Though I had to set CPU Affinity for the game and XSplit on different kernels or it went complete stuck and I don't have a slow machine(i7-950,6gb ddr3, Win7 on Intel SSD) and line tested out at 10Mbit down and 5 up, so I was quite surprised at the result...
