I am an independent creative director, designer and producer based in Los Angeles. I specialize in brand strategy and identity, but have a strong interest in entertainment and experience design. Since 2002, I have been working with clients in creative industries such as arts and entertainment, design and architecture, and branding and marketing. Today I lead a small team of strategists, designers and copywriters in delivering fully-developed brands and communications for clients in many other industries.

In my personal time I manage and produce the musicians Ming & Ping and Mariqueen as well as my own music under the name olive eyes. Being a first generation Asian-American has influenced my creative philosophy by highlighting ideas of perspective and identity. Before entering design, I had an eventful career as a fine artist, exhibiting in galleries and museums across the US.
