Birmingham-based bankers Douggy G and Matty C formed Bankstas in 2010 amid a frantic schedule including insider trading webconferences and toasting consultants in lampshade VIP lounges. Matty C's brother Mr. Jimmy Jangles was soon lured into the glamorous world of glocks and default swaps. One night, somebody made the comment that "The middle class wouldn't know the game if we spat it in their faces," and the idea of Bankstas was formed.
