I'm new to this; someone dear to me who depended on me to make the right decisions for him died, and that's why I'm searching now; today, for a way to rid myself of the death urge, as well as feel some relief from the grief. This looks like it might be right for both of these, is that correct? Also, I'm unclear why there are four parts, how I should integrate them; and it is unclear to me what the chant is in part 1, though it is clear in part 2 (both are wonderfult to listen to but obviously I want to go further). I haven't listened to part 3 yet, I take it there are 4 parts?
