Well accepted. Why is that Bathukamma festival not celebrated now in Andhra or any other place other than Telangana region. Literacy rate was low in Telangana beacuse it was under the rule of Nizams and Andhra was ruled by Britishes and ppl there had good education, roads, dams and cultivation.
