Unmarked cars are driven by Police in uniform but the car is not identified until it activates it's bells and whistles. Undercover cars are driven by Police not in uniform and usually don't have bells and whistles.

Also In my State -Victoria a child can consume alcohol at a licensed premises with a meal provided they are with their parent or legal guardian but I think this is going to be reviewed (not many people are even aware of the rule).
