That is a bad ass recipe! I have struggled with raw and have fallen back to lightly steamed vegetables with rice, in addition to raw. This is the kind of food that can get me through Cleveland winters.

I did my extremely impacted wisdom tooth with only novicain in the beginning too. It was not bad and there was no pain. It did take 2.5 hours and there was bone removed. I prefer the pain of the surgery to the pain of an impacted wisdom tooth.
