Bad Pond Contractor in PA!

You be the Judge. Watch this video...Isent the Water suppose to come down over the rocks and not "under" the rocks?

We need ANY Landscapers, Pond & waterfall contractors to "please" state what this contractor did or did not do that has caused this.

And he wants "more" money to FINISH his original job! He just did this yesterday, 5-6-08, left here and said...Go buy more black foam, and fill in the gaps...Uhhh, that was part of his job!
