It looks to me that she is holding her collar against her face. Her collar looks to be casting a solid shadow across her face. It does not separate. Also, her hand and fingers change position in a way which seems that if she was in fact holding anything, she would have dropped it.

@blingwave That's a good question. I was wondering that myself. The regular version, with vocals, just doesn't do it for me. The instrumental version is beautiful. I'd much prefer it.

It seems to me that the appeal in Cudi's music has nothing to do with Cudi himself. He is apparently a lyricist. These lyrics are embarrassing to listen to. The production itself is great, but his contribution to this song only weakens it. I'd be willing to bet that he didn't even write the vocal...
