A world governed by an internet entity known as RINZEL crazy viruses randomly affects the land and its people. This keeps the planet in a constant state of Chaos. Nothing makes true sense. Everything is nonsense, nonsensical. But the world is a beautiful place, a wild, free place. Such is Chaos.
And RINZEL rules over it all, and yet does nothing RINZEL is so enormous, so everywhere, that its presence can be felt. RINZEL deals in Chaos, in justice, in viruses that change everything.
RINZELs world has the lowest crime rates, the highest volume of sheer thought compared to any of the known worlds.
It is RINZELs world.
RINZEL is incorruptible, eternal, simple and impossibly complex.
Some parts of the world are incredibly technologically advanced, while others are primitive and hopelessly isolated. The entire world can be rearranged with just one virus.
Just one virus is all it takes.
But there's a counter program in progress to return the world to before RINZEL. Is RINZEL what the world should be like? Or should it be like before? A clash of ideologies and technology.
