I did not know what American Pet Registry was and I went to the website and noted that it supports breeders etc and I guess they make up the registry that a pet is and gives them a certificate. They go to all breeders functions. Now, I don't care if a group of people get together and talk dogs. ...

@47sthompson We take puppies to senior dogs and those with special needs, they are all animals to us, not breeders or sellable property. You do not know what you are talking about and we are going to buy adults, thirteen of them next week.

correct. Breeding is a business and all businesses have changes. If it is the better for the animal, good. But most of the complaints are that you can't sell and get an income.

Programs: 84% Fund Raising: 12% Administrative: 4%
It certainly is not one per cent.

and listed all the other supporters. She inspects all the puppy mill dogs we receive and it is horrible what is given to us and sold at USDA inspected Auctions.
These are licensed breeders that dump their dogs...

There are many "legal"mistreating animals. I work for rescue
that receives the dogs when the "licensed" breeders are done with
the dogs and can't use them to breed.
