Hard to understand why after thousands of years of appearing & dropping bread from sky to Moses, appearing to Abraham, Mohammed and Jesus etc, and doing it big with genocide, floods, locusts and other nasty acts, God, out of the blue, stops making public appearances as soon as we develop helpful global mass coverage like, free-press, cameras, internet etc!
I'm happy to join with any believer in upholding humanistic ethical standards, but divine credit for morality, is just delusional mindlessness!
The gods can either take away evil from the world and will not, or, being willing to do so, cannot; or they neither can nor will, or lastly, they are both able and willing. If they have the will to remove evil and cannot, then they are not omnipotent. If they can, but will not, than they are not benevolent. If they are neither able nor willing, then they are neither omnipotent nor benevolent. Lastly, if they are both able and willing to annihilate evil, how does it exist?"

Have a great time..
True, however this is not about the love of money. There is nothing wrong with wanting to keep what you earn, and distributing it as you see fit. Do you not trust yourself? Are you afraid that, left to yourself, you wouldn't give anything?
whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with his income. This too is meaningless.
12 The sleep of a laborer is sweet, whether he eats little or much, but the abundance of a rich man permits him no sleep.
"Slaves, submit yourselves to your masters with all respect, not only to the good and gentle but also to the cruel. " (1 Peter 2:18)
I don't think any book endorsing slavery should be taken seriously...
