Google Forced to hand over IPs for all YouTube users...
So far the US Court have ruled that YouTube do not have to hand over the source code, but this will only protect the anonymity of personal videos; Google are relying the 1998's Digital Millennium Copyright Act, US legislation that says Internet firms are not responsible for what Internet users put on websites....this legislation is seriously flawed and there is already a petition with the British Government to force YouTube to become accountable for content ie whatever YOU POST THEY OWN - remember they keep ALL their data and some day this data will be leaked.
