The objects were flying at low altitude, not low height... height is "estatura" ... Please forgive the hosts of "Tercer Milenio" as their English is very poor.

What if the buoy has a rod attached to it on the bottom and is being pulled by the ship with a cable tied to the rod ... Couldn't it be easily done?

FAKE... If when closing up on the object it displays lights; those same lights should be visible in the video when the object is in normal video mode.

Nothing evidentiary can be found on this poor quality video... The conclusion is to advice you to please get a better camera.

I don't know if this is real or fake... however, it'll be logic to think that strange objects would be attracted to bright buildings... As it was the case of a golden UFO I saw on March of 2007 in Phoenix, AZ which was floating around the University of Phoenix, Stadium, where the Arizona Cardinal...
